Energise that winter mood.

 Energising RangeI don't know about you guys, but when the warmer days become fewer and farther between, it's tough to keep my mood and motivation up. Everything needs so much more effort, especially when I'd rather snuggle up in bed with endless amounts of series and tea. 

Yes, we all know the things we're supposed to do - get a little sunshine, exercise, eat well... Basically the things we're supposed to do in life. 

But there's an easy way to keep your mood fresh - through your senses using essential oils. Research shows that certain smells trigger receptors in your brain that can alter your mood. So here are some of our top tips:

1. Stimulate that circulation - warm up cold limbs, soothe aches and pains, and get your blood flowing with warming essential oils like black pepper, juniper berry, and rosemary. Massage some Soothing Hand & Food Balm all over for a skin nourishing boost.

2. Kick-start your mood - fresh citrus oils like sweet orange, bergamot and lemongrass bring back warm summery feelings. They uplift your senses, inspire positivity, and evoke general cheeriness. Lather yourself up with some Energising Body Balm. Happiness in a jar! 

3. Maximise your chill time - to really feel like you've had a productive relaxation session, make the most of it with an invigorating bath soak. Bring in some citrus essential oils and natural carrier oils to both stimulate and moisturise your skin and mind. Boom. Use a teaspoon of Energising Bath Oil for a delightful bath time treat.
